BlissTrail Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“BlissTrail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our travel planning platform at blisstrail.space and our mobile applications.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, travel preferences), information generated by your use of our service (trip searches, predictions viewed, bookings made), and technical information (device type, IP address, browser). We do not sell your personal data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and improve our AI travel predictions, personalize your CINTENT analysis, send you price alerts and relevant notifications, process payments securely, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with: travel booking partners (when you initiate a booking), payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe), cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud), and when required by law. We never sell data to advertisers.
4. Data Retention
Trip data is retained for 24 months to improve prediction accuracy. Account data is retained while your account is active plus 30 days after deletion. Payment records are retained for 7 years per Indian tax law requirements.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and data, export your data in machine-readable format, opt out of marketing communications, and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
6. Security
We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, regular penetration testing, and multi-factor authentication for all admin access.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication, analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to improve our product, and preference cookies to remember your settings. You can manage cookie preferences in your account settings.
