1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BlissTrail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
BlissTrail provides AI-powered travel planning tools including cost predictions, weather intelligence, crowd analysis (CINTENT framework), and decision recommendations (TDIS scoring). Our predictions are informational estimates and not guarantees of actual prices or conditions.
3. Accuracy Disclaimer
Travel cost predictions are typically within 8-12% of actual costs but may vary due to market conditions, availability changes, currency fluctuations, and other factors outside our control. BlissTrail is not liable for booking decisions made based on our predictions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18+ to create an account. You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not: scrape or crawl our platform, use our API beyond your plan limits, attempt to reverse-engineer our CINTENT or TDIS algorithms, create fake reviews, or use our service for any illegal purpose.
6. Payments & Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. We offer a 7-day free trial on paid plans. Refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial payment if you are unsatisfied. No refunds for partial billing periods.
7. Limitation of Liability
BlissTrail's total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost travel opportunities.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
